The G7 Summit of the world's richest countries was held last weekend, May 19 to 21 in Hiroshima, Japanese Prime Minister Kishida's hometown. The price cap for Russian oil should gradually reach $30 per barrel

Why is the gradual decrease of the price cap to $30 per barrel of Russian oil justified?
