TotalEnergies, as a shareholder of “Novatek” company and the Thermokarstove gas field, which produced gas condensate used for the production of jet fuel at the Gazprom-owned Omsk Oil Refinery. Building on that Razom We Stand and Darwin Climax Coalition issued to Paris anti-terrorist prosecutor criminal compliant on aiding and abetting war crimes under the French Criminal Code and Article 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
Starting from 14 October 2022 the Paris special anti-terrorist prosecutor, who is in charge of investigating war crimes and crimes against humanity, considers the compliant for complicity of war crimes in Ukraine.
